Important Information

All custom tattoos take approximately 2–4 weeks to arrive from the date your artwork is approved.

Our semi-permanent tattoos can only be printed in black or navy-blue ink tones. Unfortunately, colour tattoos are not currently available.

Each custom tattoo order includes one design only. If you would like to order multiple different designs, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss discounted pricing.

Once your custom artwork has been created, we will email you a design proof for review and approval. If we have any questions regarding your design, we will contact you directly.

You have 60 days from the date we send your first design proof to approve the artwork or request revisions. If we do not receive a response within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and close the project.

Applying your tattoo is simple—just follow these steps for the best results:

1. Prep the area – Shave the skin before application if required.
   
2. Moisturise – If you're prone to dry skin, use a moisturiser 2–3 hours beforehand.
   
3. Clean thoroughly – Use the provided primer wipes to clean the area and allow it to dry completely.
   
4. Apply carefully – Place the tattoo on your skin, press down firmly and evenly for 30-60 seconds, and peel away slowly, checking that the design transfers properly.
   
5. Protect overnight – Wear long clothing and keep the tattoo covered while you sleep for the first 1–2 nights to prevent transfer onto other areas.
   
6. Be patient – Your tattoo will begin to show within 24–48 hours and will fully develop in up to 72 hours.

Sleeping

Sleep safe! Pop on some long clothes and keep your tattoo covered for the first 1–2 nights after application to stop it from sneaking onto other parts of your body.

Development Time

Your tattoo will usually develop within 24–48 hours, but don’t worry if it takes a little longer—depending on your skin type, it may take up to 72 hours.

Avoid Exfoliation

To keep your new tattoo looking fresh, you want to avoid anything that exfoliates your skin. Since our tattoos sits on the top layer of your skin, you'll want to avoid harsh rubbing or exfoliation for the longest possible results.

Hygiene

We reccomend taking a shower before applying your tattoo and then once completely dry, applying the tattoo. Ideally for best results, you'll want to wait at least 8-12 hours before showering after application. Please don't avoid showering and staying hygienic; just be mindful not to scrub the tattoo while soaping up. When toweling off, make sure to pat your tattoo dry and not rub it.

Our customised tattoos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks from your date of order. This includes the production + Shipping time. This could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand however we will inform you of this straight away in this scenario.
