Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Policy
We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. To help us do that, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all required details such as street number, building or apartment number, abbreviations, and route information (if needed). Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We can deliver to PO Boxes using Royal Mail or DPD, but we recommend using a home or business address when possible. Carriers may change depending on availability.
Important Information:
- Refunds cannot be issued while an order is still on it's way.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses are non-refundable.
- Once an order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address — please double-check your details before placing your order.
- If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, you’ll need to cover the cost of re-shipping.
- Our shipping policy may be updated at any time.
International Orders
For international shipments, you (the buyer) authorize TATTD to act on your behalf to handle import duties and customs processes. TATTD may delegate this responsibility to a customs broker or subcontractor. As the buyer, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees in addition to the product price, if required.
What happens if your order hasn't arrived?
If you live in the UK and your order hasn't arrived after 3 working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us.
If you live outside the UK and your order hasn't arrived after 12 working working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us.
We have records of every order, we know when your parcel has been delivered or delivery was attempted. If the parcel is at your local delivery office then please contact them to arrange redelivery. If you're not sure how, please do contact us.
If the goods are lost by our courier you will need to open a claim against them, if you need any help with this, just simply drop us an email hello@tattd.co.uk.
Shipping Times
We get it—you can’t wait to unwrap your TATTD order and get your ink on! We’re just as pumped, and we’re working at full speed to make sure your tattoos reach you in no time.
Shipping inside of the UK:
- FREE Express delivery (1-2 working days) when you spend £30 or over.
- Express Shipping £2.49 for orders under £30 (1-2 working days).
- Standard Shipping £1.99 for orders under £30 (2-3 working days) .
Shipping outside of the UK:
- FREE Express delivery (5-10 working days) when you spend £45 or over.
- Express Shipping £9.99 for orders under £30 (5-7 working days).
- Standard Shipping £6.99 for orders under £30 (7-10 working days).
All orders placed between Monday-Saturday will be fulfilled by 2pm the same working day, these will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following working day. We ship on Saturdays, but we do not fulfil orders on a Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled on the following working day.
We use Evri Parcel Services and Royal Mail for our UK shipping.

We will fulfil all overseas orders within 24 hours of us receiving your order. All taxes are import duties are covered by us.
We use a range of different couriers for our overseas shipping depending on location.
Customised Tattoos
Our customised tattoos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks from your date of order. This includes the production + Shipping time. This could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand however we will inform you of this straight away in this scenario.
Returns
We hope you’re loving your new TATTD ink! But if you change your mind, no worries—we’re happy to offer refunds on items returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days.
Once your TATTD ink has been used, we can’t offer refunds. But if something goes wrong while applying it—or if you slip up during the process—don’t worry! Get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to sort out a replacement.
