Shipping Policy

We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. To help us do that, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all required details, such as your street number, building or apartment number, postcode, and any other relevant delivery information.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are delayed, lost or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

We can deliver to PO Boxes using Royal Mail where available, although we recommend using a residential or business address whenever possible. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery partners where necessary.

Important Information

We are unable to issue a refund or replacement while an order is still in transit and within the courier’s expected delivery timeframe. If your parcel becomes significantly delayed or is confirmed as lost, please contact us and we will investigate this with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend the delivery address.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, the original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We have temporarily paused international shipping while we complete regulatory compliance updates for overseas markets.

We apologise for any inconvenience and look forward to resuming international shipping in the future.

What Happens If My Order Hasn’t Arrived?

If your UK order has not arrived within 3 working days after the estimated delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

We keep records of every shipment and can see when delivery has been completed or attempted.

If Royal Mail has attempted delivery or your parcel is awaiting collection, we recommend contacting your local delivery office to arrange redelivery. If you need any assistance, simply email us at hello@tattd.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will investigate the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

UK Shipping

FREE Express Delivery on orders of £45 or more (1–2 working days)
Express Delivery – £3.49 on orders under £45 (1–2 working days)
Standard Delivery – £2.49 on orders under £45 (2–3 working days)

Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 2:30pm are normally dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:30pm are dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on the following working day.

We use Royal Mail and Evri for UK deliveries.

Custom Tattoos

Our customised tattoos are made to order and are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.

This timeframe includes both production and delivery. During periods of exceptionally high demand, public holidays or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Returns

We hope you love your new TATTD ink.

If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds once a tattoo has been used or the protective plastic cover has been removed. Once the protective cover has been removed, we can no longer verify that the product remains unused and suitable for resale.

If you experience a problem during application or believe there is an issue with your tattoo, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
