Shipping within the UK 🇬🇧:
FREE Express delivery (1-2 working days) when you spend £30 or over
Express Shipping £3.49 for orders under £30 (1-2 working days)
Standard Shipping £2.49 for orders under £30 (3-5 working days)
SHIPPING IN THE EU OUTSIDE OF THE UK🌎:
FREE Express delivery (2-7 working days) when you spend £30 or over
Express Shipping £9.99 for orders under £30 (2-7 working days)
Standard Shipping £6.99 for orders under £30 (2-11 working days)
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE OUTSIDE OF EU🌎:
FREE Express delivery (2-7 working days) when you spend £30 or over
Express Shipping £9.99 for orders under £30 (2-11 working days)
Standard Shipping £6.99 for orders under £30 (3-17 working days)
All orders placed between Monday-Saturday will be fulfilled by 1pm the same working day, these will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day. We ship on Saturdays (delivered on Monday), but we do not fulfil orders on a Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled on the following working day.

We will fulfil all overseas orders within 24 hours of us receiving your order. Please be aware of possible shipping taxes. We use Royal Mail International for this service. Track your order here.
SHIPPING TAXES:
Some countries where duty taxes or import charges apply you the customer are liable to pay these extra fees. We advice you check your countries policy to make sure you know the extra fees that may apply. We ship from the UK to you!
CUSTOMISED TATTOOS
Customised Tattoos: Our customised tattoos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks from your date of order. This includes the production + Shipping time. This could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand however we will inform you of this straight away in this scenario.
RETURNS
We hope that you love your new TATTD ink additions! If for any reason you change your mind, we offer refunds for items returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days.
We do not offer refunds on our products once they have been used, however if you have a problem when applying the tattoos or have made a mistake in the application process please reach out to us and we will happily arrange a replacement with you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?
If you live in the UK and your order hasn't arrived after 2-3 working days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
If you live outside the UK and your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We have records of every order, we know when your parcel has been delivered or delivery has been attempted. If the parcel is at your local delivery office then please contact them to arrange redelivery. If you're not sure how or need any assistance, please do contact us.
If the goods are lost by our courier you will need to open a claim against them, if you need any help with this, just simply drop us an email hello@tattd.co.uk
