Shipping in the UK 🇬🇧:

FREE Express delivery (1-2 working days) when you spend £30 or over, or £2.99 for orders under: 

We will fulfil all UK orders by 4pm the same working day, these will be shipped and delivered the next day. We ship on Saturdays (delivered on Monday), but we do not fulfil orders on a Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday and delivered Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday must be received before 1pm to be delivered on Monday. We use Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked & Signed For on this service. Track your order here.

Shipping anywhere else around the world 🌎:

Express delivery (3-7 working days):

We will fulfil all overseas orders within 24 hours of us receiving your order. Please be aware of possible shipping taxes. We use Royal Mail International for this service. Track your order here.

Shipping Taxes:

Some countries where duty taxes or import charges apply you the customer are liable to pay these extra fees. We advice you check your countries policy to make sure you know the extra fees that may apply. We ship from the UK to you!

What happens if your order hasn't arrived?

If you live in the UK and your order hasn't arrived after 3 working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us.

If you live outside the UK and your order hasn't arrived after 10 working working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us.

We have records of every order, we know when your parcel has been delivered or delivery was attempted. If the parcel is at your local delivery office then please contact them to arrange redelivery. If you're not sure how, please do contact us.

If the goods are lost by our courier you will need to open a claim against them, if you need any help with this, just simply drop us an email hello@tattd.co.uk

Personalised Tattoos: Requires 2-4 weeks production + Shipping time. This could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand.

Return: We hope that you love your new TATTD additions! If not, we offer refunds for items returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
